Q: What should I do with the firework after its finished?

A: You should soak the firework with water, because the firework is made of cardboard it could catch on fire at a later time.

 

Q: What age can I legally buy fireworks?

A: You must be 16 years old or accompanied by a guardian.

 

Q: How high do ariels shoot?

A: They shoot all different heights. The highest they go is 150-200ft in the air.

 

Q: How many sparklers can I light at once?

A: You should only light one sparkler at a time, because sparklers burn at such a high temperature the heat intensifies when more are lit and can burn the person lighting and or holding the sparklers.

 

Q: What fireworks are illegal in Utah?

A: Roman candles, bottle rockets, firecrackers, single or re-loadable mortars, M 80s, cherry bombs, and anything that spins on the ground then flies into the air “ground salutes” are all still illegal in Utah.

 

Q: What days can I light off fireworks for the 4th of July?

A: You can light fireworks off 2 days before the 4th of July and 1 days after giving you a total of 4 days. Same for the 24th of July

 

Q: If a firework misfires or doesn’t light should I relight it?

A: No. If you cannot see the Fuse don’t try to relight the firework, instead soak it with water that way it does not reignite at a later time. Bring the Firework back for a Refund. 

 

Q: How do I order fireworks through bluefusefireworks.com?

A: Go to the shop, add fireworks or bundles to the cart. Place your order by providing us with a name and email. You will then pick up and pay for your fireworks at the pickup location.

Q: Are sparklers safe for children to use?

A: Tough question. Sparklers burn at 1200° Fahrenheit. If you choose to let your child hold a lit sparkler here are some safety tips to keep your child safe. Always wear closed toe shoes to protect there feet and using a disposable plastic cup to shield your child’s hand are some things to help your child from getting burned. Parents be responsible and keep a close eye!

 

Q: How late can I light fireworks?

A: The 2 days before and 1 day after the 4th is from 11am-11pm on the 4th of July you have from 11am-midnight

 

Q: How do I properly shoot off ariels?

A: You need to sandwich the ariel with two heavy objects. I like to use bricks.

 

Q: How do I know if I live in a firework restricted area?

A: There is a Web site for Utah firework restrictions, not sure what it is, will have to look it up.

 

Q: Is it safe to light fireworks in the wind?

A: I would say no, wait for the wind to stop because the wind will greatly affect where the firework goes. Use your best judgement and extreme caution if you choose to light them during windy conditions.
